Bump and Licky are ‘little tantrums’ who love cake more than anything. When little children throw tantrums Bump appears from their tears and when he realizes their isn’t any cake he gets angry and grows bigger and redder. Usually by the time Bump has found some cake the children have forgotten what they were crying about.
